For dry syrup.: -Children 7-11 years - Administer 8ml syrup at a time, 3 times a day every 8 hours. -Children 3-6 years - Administer 5ml syrup at a time, 3 times a day every 8 hours. -Children 9months-2years - Administer 2.5ml syrup at a time, 3 times a day every 8 hours. For the injectable form: Adults and children over 12 years - 1.2g(potency) of amoxicillin sodium and potassium clavulanate administered by I.V. in every 8 hours.
