Hi, I found a bottle with peach colored pills. on one side of the pill, it has a 1G and on the other side , there is number 282. name: cyclobenzapr 5mg. On line I found a 5mg pill, blue, one side is 1G and the other side is 283. Is this the same pill? Back in Nov. 2015 my husband was prescribed medication for shoulder pain. I was prescribed cyclobenzaprine 5mg 3 times daily as needed for discomfort and diclofenac pot. 50mg once daily. My complaint was neck and shoulder pain. I was given an xray and was told it could be degenerative joint disease. I take Valsartan/hctz half of a 25mg pill. I took all 3 the other morning and what I would describe as butterfly feeling in my chest like 40 minutes after taking it. Should I stop taking it and call my dr.? Anyone know what this pill is along with some sources to back it? ## Hi Jeff, From what I could gather, this is reportedly a 100 mg Atenolol Tablet, marketed under the brand name Tenormin. However, I'm finding that sources to back this up are scarce to come by, and I'm not sure why that might be unless it's a foreign or counterfeit medication. A comment in another thread had also mentioned what the diameter/size of the pill is supposed to be: Discuss/cyclobenzaprine-191970.htm Maybe that clue can at least be verified if you have a way to measure it. It is the same as xanax and atavan. Cyclobenzeprine/flexiril is a mild muscle relaxer that is usually administered for long term relief. ## Absolutely not. Not even close. At all. I've been on this drug (6 pills a day) for over 20 yrs. It works really good. Now my insurance doesn't wanna cover the cost for this. Is there another drug to replace this one?
