I've been taking 2 Norco 10s for years. I've just decided to try and switch to Tylenol 3s. For less Dr visits and refill purposes. How many equals what I've been used to because they don't seem to help and I'm not feeling so well? ## The Codeine in the Tylenol 3 is much milder than the Hydrocodone in the Norco. Each 10mgs of Hydrocodone is equivalent to 66.67mgs of Codeine, thus you can't safely take enough enough of them to be equivalent in efficacy, doing so risks a toxic overdose from the Acetaminophen that's in it.
