What Color Is Flexe

Hi, can you verify that this is a flexeril? I have a pill that has an m imprint on one side and 283 on the other side. ## Hello, Alex! How are you? The only Flexeril tablet I can find with 283 on it is round, a yellowish/peachish color and also has the letters IG. I haven't found any with an M and 283, in any NIH identification listing. Can you please double check the imprint? What color is the pill in question? The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

Found a very small, peach-colored pill. Has the number 282 on one side, and "IG" on the other. I think it's a 5mg flexeril, but would like confirmation please. ? ## Hi Kathleen, From what I could gather, a round peach pill marked with IG on one side and 282 on the other, is reportedly identified as a 5mg Cyclobenzaprine tablet - the generic for Flexeril. Apparently it's a muscle relaxer but has an off-label use for fibromyalgia as well. And for added verification, this pill is listed as being manufactured by a company called InvaGen Pharma. Is Flexeril similar to Roxcets? ## NO! Not the same type of drug at all. Flexeril is a muscle relaxant containing Cyclobenzaprine. Roxicet is a narcotic pain reliever containing Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. ## No Flexeril is a strong and good muscle reaxant, also causes sleepiness, Roxicet is a STRONG!!! Narcotic. ## I have flexeril that expired in 2007... can I still take it if the bottle says it should be yellow and its more of a peachish color....? No odor.

Accidently mixed up medications. Have a blue pill with 771 on one side and M on the other. It is not used near as much as the 10mg, but being prescribed more. It is a smooth muscle relaxant and ha side effects of drowsiness, dizziness, blurry vision.

You found a rather old pill, this company has now been purchased by Pliva Pharmaceuticals, and as you can see from the image I am posting, the newer pills are marked Pliva 563, but still the same med, they are just phasing out the old markings.
