Walmart Norco
18 Topics FoundI've been on Norco 7.5/325 since they stopped making Vicodin. I had the yellow, loved them, then my pharmacy only had the white ones from Qualitest. My last refill was with mallinckro, hate them! I itch and stay in pain 24/7. My pharmacist said they will no longer be able to get the qualitest, now I'm stuck as to where to go. I hate calling pharmacies for certain brands since they think I'm a druggie..when I clearly take no more and often less than required. ## I am very sorry about the problems you're experiencing. Unfortunately, there is no database that lists which medication any given pharmacy carries, at any given time, because such information is dynamic and can always change, depending on which manufacturer was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed ...
Hi, i get the yellow norco pill with a cursive v and 3601 on the back. Is there a better brand? ## Vintage Pharmaceuticals Inc. manufactures the pill V 3601. Watson Pharmaceuticals also manufactures this drug. More specifically "Watson 358" is the same dosage as the pill you are describing. And as far as I know, the brand name Watson is among the most popular. But based on this information maybe you can ask your pharmacy/doctor for the Watson brand (Watson 358) and see if you feel a difference in effectiveness. Hope this helps! Please post back if you have any other questions or comments. ## what pharmacies use this watson or vintage kind? i got the m357 and its horrible. publix and walmart both use this..i dont wantit again ## YOU ARE SO RIGHT! Those White pills do not work wel...
Ok, I don't care what people say, pharmacy or manufacturer, the yellow norcos are stronger and work different. It is getting extremely more and more difficult to find the yellow norcos. From what I can tell, the major pharmacy's, ie: WalMart, cvs, Walgreens, target, etc, all have either the plain white ones, it the white ones with reddish/pinkish dots on them, and the smaller mom and pop(good neighborhood pharmacy's) have the yellow. Last month I filled mine at target, got the white oblong norcos (10/325). Today, I filled mine at a small good neighborhood pharmacy in Ontario, California, name available upon request, and I got the yellow Watson Norco. Again, huge difference. I don't think they quit making them, I just think that when buying in bulk as a large pharmacy doe...
These are identical to the yellow v 3601 we have all came to prefer. I was worried they would be like the new white watson's but am totally relieved they haven't messed with the fillers or generic variance allowed on hydrocodone like Watson has supposedly done. Walmart carries this new white V 3601 and qualitest is still the only brand to rely on when it comes to a pain pill that actually works as it should. Anyone who says this new 3609 norco is like Watson's worthless whites are crazy. I have probably taken over 30,000 norco pain pills the past 15 yrs for a messed up back and have never abused them or exceeded the daily limit of acetaminophen. I don't drink or smoke and am in decent shape. Liver enzymes are great...I hate morphine and oxycodone so thank God qualitest s...
I've been taking hydrocodone since December of 2012. After my unsuccessful shoulder surgery and then finding out that I have severe arthritis in both hips. My insurance paid for the first 12 prescriptions, since then I've paid for them out of my own pocket, which was only around $14 a month. Yesterday I went to Walgreens to get a refill and the clerk said they would be 62.85! I thought there must be some mistake. So I headed to Walmart, they had gone up to 68.01! Then I headed to a small town pharmacy and they charged me $25. I was relieved, but, very confused! Does anyone know why there has been such a steep price increase on hydrocodone? I can't find anything about on the net! ## Hello! Very sorry for the sudden price change. However no, I am not aware of any particular re...
I have sciatic pain and a torn disc it is painful. I'm having a nerve test done next. I am seeing an ortho. They perscribed norco and I had to go to 6 differrent pharmacies in long beach! My usual is cvs however they have been claiming they don't have it and as the others rite aid ,Walmart, a private pharmacy and others have said : we have no idea when they will have it. Ok I don't believe it. It seems it is an individualized situation wether it is available or not. So if your on the " bad patient" list or a risk in their eyes they all of a sudden don't have it! This is very counterproductive especially if I was an older patient or had no car. They will not disclose any info on phone either. Somehow this has to stop its getting insane! One pharmacy gave me a tip:...
My wife has been prescribed norco 10/325mg and has tried different mfg's due to different phamacy's brand they carry, she states that only Mallinckro works to stop the pain from two spinal fusions and a broken hip and femor. What pharmacy carries this brand, we got it when we were with kaiser and now we are with scan and cannot seem to obtain this mfg. ???? thanks Jim ## There is actually no way to know which generic that any given pharmacy is carrying, at any given time. It can vary, depending on which manufacturer is offering the cheapest price, when they they need to restock their supply. Have you tried asking the pharmacy if they can order the other in for her? ## WALMART they only carry this brand for it is not popular on the streets ## Is there anyone out there that not on...
Fake Norco 7.5mg, as well as Klonopin 1-2mg orange pills in Bluffton, Indiana. I am 99% positive these pills have either been substituted or purposely sold bad, an old batch, etc.. I am on a low amount, 2 a day for having acutely infected sinus perforations from teeth pulled as well as 8 additional teeth yet to be pulled, scared straight. I know it's illegal to share pills, but I traded one equal pill for another and always had the same reaction - My pills did not work, but others did. What do I do? I live in a small town where corruption is the norm. How do you prove this so they can't harm people and steal their and the insurance companies money? Win against a giant corrupted company? I was tested by my insurance company and it showed no Norco, which I was taking from Walmart....
I have seen a neurologist for over 10 yrs. I suffer with severe headaches and fibromyalgia. My Dr has tried/prescribed me a couple of different things over time. I can't take Lyrical, i had a bad reaction, and I'm having trouble getting Celebrex which was effective. Walmart has had my script for 2 mo. and keep saying they need Dr. authorization. But my Dr. office said it has been authorized. I've been taking Norco 10 2-3 times a day, occasionally more depending on the severity of my pain. I would like to know if there is something else he can prescribe for me that is a little stronger and is there a time released medication? ## If the Celebrex helps and Wal-Mart is giving you hassles, then it might be a good idea to see if they can return your prescription, or obtain a new o...
Not long ago I was given by the pharmacy a Norco IP110. Where as I had pushed this bottle aside and forgot it, I was dumb. These are the same as M367 which is Norco, an opiate for pain relief. I as well was at my aunts and she had thrown about 50 of them away, as she thought they were generic tylenol from Walmart, though I had stopped her. My point is, when the pharmacy gives you NEW SHAPED pills and/or color etc., they often forget to post the bottle. I almost made a very big mistake. The way things are in the world, opiates are hard to get prescribed and I for one am allergic to everything but this. LOOK at the bottle and question the pharmacy. ## Yes, that is correct, both tablets you mentioned contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Vicodi...
I have been on yellow norco for over 4 ys. they are effective for my chonic pain. I have to use a special phamacy. Wallgreens, Walmart, Cvs refuse to fill my presciption. I only get the white Norco.now! this white pill does very littly relief my pain . Now this pharmancy says the on back order What! I don't believe this. I really thik the DEA has sent a message that all the Pharmacistst to all Wallgreen, walmart.CVS.ect, that drug is really addictive and they must stop giving patients the yellow Norco. So what can we do? I am going to call the coropation and see why this is going on.... We have our right to understand what is going on, so lets start making some calls.....
Filed under NorcoThe CVS wont fill in Encinitas anymore. CVS, Walgreens and Walmart have company restrictions. No more orders until this State of California decision is changed or further notice. Even Pharmaca will only sell the spotted Activis Watson-and Allen pharmacy in San Diego won't special order them. Any other thoughts? I'm 3 days without and no one will fill my new rx. ## Hello, Sara! How are you? I'm sorry about the problem that you're having. On top of the shortage that had already been created due to the dosage changes that were made this year, which caused some companies to stop manufacturing this medication, we are also into the end of the year and there is almost always a shortage from October into early in the new year. This is due to mandatory manufacturing limits, once ...
I have been on pain meds since 2005 for tendinosis, and more recently for DDD and a herniated L5 to S1. I have been taking six Norco 10's a day since 2008, and usually had no problems getting my scripts filled until recently. It seems pharmacies are getting scared of these new laws. I was using Walmart for several months until today they said they weren't taking any scripts from my doctor because of "lack of communication and because he writes to many scripts for pain meds". Yes, he writes many scripts for narcotics because he's a pain specialist! And I'm sure if he ran a clinic for diabetics he would write lots of scripts for diabetes! I swear, this narcotics scare is driving people nuts! Anyway, I'm so sick of all this craziness. I just want a pharmacy that...
I went to Walmart instead of my regular pharmacy and they gave me the m367 instead of my APAP 10/325 norcos with 176 on them. Can I take them back and get the ones I'm used to taking? ## Karen, once you leave the pharmacy you can't take the meds back. M367 is Hydrocodone 10 mg / Acetaminophen 325 mg manufactured by Mallinckrodt. 176 is also Hydrocodone 10 mg / Acetaminophen 325 mg manufactured by Caraco.
I see hemp or CBD products everywhere: Target, online, Walmart, 711, gas stations, etc. Has anybody tried to use CBD with success? ## I would advise buying CBD in its flower form. ## This morning after I showered I put CBD lotion I got for like $30 at the vape shop..... and I have 4 herniated discs in my lower back. They wanted surgery I jus took pills when I was younger. Like OC80s and percs and norcos....but I stopped all that about 8 years ago and when I tried the lotion.....it got rid of all pain for 12 hours on my lower back. It will get worse eventually but it’s a godsend. ## Interested in learning more about it for sleep and anxiety.. ## Berkshire CBD has the best flowers. ## I like topical the best. You can research some brands at labdoor.com. Whatever you do, don’t ...
I have been taking the generic form of Orange Oblong shaped form of Norco which is hydrocodone 7.5 which was working fine until they changed it to a pill with the markings M366. These things are absolutely worthless. Does Mallinckrodt plan on going out of business soon or are they going to remove these from the pharmacies. I'm sending samples of mine to the FDA to see what's wrong with them. ## I've used Qualitest 3605 for years and I agree, the Mallinckrodt M366 are substantially inferior (bio-equivalence) for pain relief. My current Part D insurance uses Walmart Home Delivery. I've called them and complained. ## They do not work. I have been spending most of my time in bed since getting my prescription from Walgreens with mfg Mallinckrodt. I believe that they are place...
My pill for hydrocodone 10/325. Is white, oblong and had 3601*v imprinted on it. Just got it from Walmart. Is this the correct pill? I am used to taking the yellow oblong. ## Yeah I got mine today and to my surprise they were white not yellow but very similar except for the white is V 3609 and the yellow is V 3601. I was dissapointed because I hate the white ones no matter what brand. I hope they don't stopped making the yellow like watson did. Now they serve u watson 853 in white! ## Many people here on MedsChat are saying the same thing about these V 3609 white pills being less effective. I think Post #1 is right about the white ones lacking efficacy all across the board from one manufacturer to the next. I've noticed a growing trend in action - Actavis's generic norco for...
I live in Michigan and go to California for 3 months every winter. I need to know how to fill my Norco script as Walmart says no transfers anymore? Thank you.
