Sir,while working out in Gym my joints were paining...my gym trainer prescribed me "Renerve injection" once in 7 days....I am fearing that it might have some side effect which will ruin my health and physique....Is it a Steroid? As I am completely against any type of medicine while workout...Plz Advice me what to do? ## No, Renerve is just a vitamin B complex supplement, it doesn't contain steroids, or drugs of any kind. As to the side effects, since it is supplement, those have not been studied, as is done for prescription medications, however, some people do report some nausea. I have severe pain in my left shoulder, left arm till my ring finger. I get this pain mainly when im so tensed or stressed out suituation.
