I have been prescribed Vicodin 7.5 es for herniated disk in my neck and back. I got my prescription filled at Walmart and I got M360 pills. I find those ineffective. I took a Watson 387 before and found it works alot better. My question is, which other pharmacy fills the prescription with Watson 387. I would like to know so I can transfer my prescription. Vicodin ES ## Hello, The generic for any Vicodin would be a combination of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. I have found a generic Vicodin from Watson laboratories that contains (750 mg) of Acetaminophen and (7.5 mg) of Hydrocodone-just like the Vicodin ES. It is a white elliptical/oval pill with the imprint WATSON 387 on the front and a score/line on the back. Also- Just in case you're not aware- if a medication is in generic form, it is permitted by the FDA to be allowed to contain as much as 20% more or less of the actual active ingredient. Because all I can fine so far is the generic of 750/500 and would like to use less than 500. ## The ES stands for extra strength, so any version of this medication with the ES designation is going to have more Acetaminophen in it, since that's the intent. I want to know the ingredients to see if this particular medication is compatable with Tylenol #3 ## It is not quite the same as Tylenol # 3 ... Tylenol # 3 contains the active ingredients Acetaminophen + Codeine, whereas what you are referring to "HydrocoAPAP 75750" contains Acetaminophen 750 mg + Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (which is basically a generic Vicodin ES). I found some pills that are white oblong with ESB on them. They were in a bottle, dated April 1994, that says Apa/Hydroco Tab 7.5/750. Anyone know what they are? ## The tablets are most likely over the counter Aspirin 500 mg, branded as Bufferin (buffered Aspirin). NDC 0067-2065. I received an overseas order today of 7.5/750 vicodin es. It is white (maybe a tad off white) exact as the picture and it has the exact imprint..however it tastes like a vitamin (i bit in half) and it is a bit messy if that makes sense, looks crumbly but could be from the ride over from pakistan... is it possible that they completely duplicated the look of a Vicodin 7.5/750? its identical to the picture but im still doubting it. Does this pill make you drowsy? I took 2 of them, just now and I want that drowsy feeling. ## The tablet with the M 360 marking contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin, this is a narcotic analgesic. And yes, it can cause drowsiness as a side effect, but taking it just to feel that, especially doubling up on them is not a safe idea. This is often how drug abuse starts. imprint M360 and M357 ## M360 is a 750mg dosage of vicodin and M357 is a 500mg dosage of vicodin. lortab will be labeled watson and look similiar to a vicodin. it is supposed to be generic vicodin but works better than vicodin. same family though but helps with pain and mellows you out more than vicodin. everybody i know including me with rods and cages in my spine prefers the lortab. ## To be exact, the dosages that Party has posted above, are only for the Acetaminophen in these medications. oblong white pill with lP118 on it.i'm sleeping too much. ## The marking is actually IP118, this is Acetaminophen 750mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, a generic for Vicodin ES. Drowsiness is a very common side effect of all narcotic drugs, the longer you are on this dosage, the more your body should get used to it and the side effects should taper off. Unfortunately, if you are like me, then they never entirely taper off and you may have to fight drowsiness as long as you have to take narcotics. I have been on Morphine and Oxycodone, without changing the dosage, for several years now and I still have to fight drowsiness everyday.
