Ive been usin h-vit forte since 3 months .... previously i used to have kinda hair loss but according to me h-vit forte medicene really works... ! my physician suggested me to use it once a day.... and its also a cheaper way to control ur hair loss .... actually it started giving me better results frm two and a half month only whch yet didnt complete a complete round of 6months.... :D

Is this safe ? is this effective ?? ## I can't find any specific information on this, other than that it is listed as a multivitamin supplement, not an actual medication. Therefore, there should be no harm in taking it, unless your doctor advises you not to do so. Sometimes a lack in some vital nutrients, such as Biotin can contribute to hair loss. I am suffering from hair loss problem. Now I am taking H hit Forte tablet. Does it has any side effect. I have found that Biotin Forte is a good vitamin if you want your hair to grow and repair. They use this Biotin Forte on Cancer patients, after surgeries and so on. I have chronic neck and back pain due to injury. My cervical and lumber disks are also deteriorating. I need to know if it's true that it helps offset the loss of hair some people experience(1/3 of hair some need wigs) and what are the dosages 10,000 mcs or mls plus Vit B complex and what vitamins/mineral supple ments? ## Biotin may help, but the only way to find out is for you to try it.
