When it comes to some medical conditions, such as diabetes, you can't really expect the medication to do all of the work. You can help lower your blood sugar by being careful to not eat high sugared or high fat foods and by exercising regularly. If that doesn't work, then you may have just built up a tolerance to the medication after so many years of taking it. Have you consulted your doctor? Dolo Neurobion Forte contains the following active ingredients: Diclofenac Sodium 37.5 mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Nitrate) 100 mg Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 5 mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 100 mg / ml Diclofenac, being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for pain and inflammation, would have no real effect on someone's ability to cope with anxiety. So other than examining the possible nutritive properties of B-vitamins, you may want to talk with your doctor or psychiatrist about other alternatives for anxiety.
