I'm trying to identify a pill. It's a small round white tablet with 82 on one side and either a W or an M on the other side. I think it might be Primidone 50mg but I'm not able to verify it. ## I take Primodone and have M 82 on mine. If plain blue, it could be Valium. ## Patsy is correct, a tablet with the PN 25 marking is a 25mg Phenergan tablet which contains the active ingredient Promethazine, it is most commonly used to treat, or prevent nausea, and vomiting. My mother is 80 years with Diabetes and BP (Both under control with regular medication) for over 2.5 decades. Added to this she is also a Parkinson patient and is on Syndopa 110 – 3.5 tablets & Syndopa CR 250 1.5 tablets. She has a lot of anxiety as she is physically dependant and expresses a lot of tension / stress particularly when I have to leave for office during the mornings. I have been going to pain management for 20 years. This time around, I got a new Oxycodone Hydrochloride pill marked "RP-20", which doesn’t seem the same as other 20 mg pain pills I've had.
