I have a white oblong pill with IP 190 on 1 side and nothing on the other side.As I looked for suggestions It was posted several times as being IP 190/500 Naproxen.I was told this is a 7.5 hydrocodone tablet not Naproxen.It does not have 500 on it at all ## Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? As you know from your searches, the ones available in the U.S. also have the 500 on the tablet. I have checked our various resources and they don't list anything with just the IP 190 marking on it. Is it considerate a opiate? ## Does it have ip 190 on one side and 500 on the other, white oblong ? If it does it is 500 mg Naproxen. Naproxen is a nonsterodial anti-inflammatory. It is the same medication that is in Aleve over the counter, except the mg is higher in prescription Naproxen. It is not a narcotic or opiate. It does not contain the same medication as Vicodin or Norco.
