In simple terms they are are actavis 10mg tablets. Markings C DC with a split line through the middle. Light blue, blank on one side in sealed silver strips, with 14 to each. I am currently on an oxycodone m/r script, and find that it certainly does not last for the claimed twelve hours per tablet. No matter what, my doctor refuses to prescribe anything for this 'breakthrough' pain, not even a 20mg OxyNorm to carry me over. I have heard, however that a DIFFERENT analgesic is best in this situation. Since most drug information sites and forums are American, the drug which keeps cropping up and is most highly recommended to me is hydrocodone. Please can anyone give me some names and address ## Subutex (and it's generic equivalent) are classified as controlled substances available by prescription only. So I think your best bet for obtaining it would simply be to get a script through your doctor. Suboxone may be another possible option if you're finding that Subutex is difficult to get a prescription for. I'm not sure why this is, but many people have stated that doctors are often reluctant to prescribe Subutex over Suboxone as a first consideration. Do you find this to be true in the UK?

ProPain was sold in UK by Boots Chemist, but along with Syndol no longer available. This happened last year but came back onto the market and now same issue of licensing the products. So until the manufacutrers and licencing gets sorted Paramol is the next best thing.

A 10mg average oxymorphone dose would require 30mg Diconal to give the equivalent analgesia. Before changing to IR Oxycodone I took the 120mg Oxycontin twelve hourly but as its duration of action is only 6 or 8 hours at most, required rescue meds and dipipanone was by some way the most effective. I am looking for an oxymorphone IR 10mg source myself for a change of scenery but find it impossible to get from any US pharmacy sent over the water. I've been on methadone liquid now for roughly 3 years, though 60 is the highest ive ever taken, 10 being lowest and it amazes me how strong and powerful this stuff is. I swear i dropped down to 20 and was ready to switch over to subutex, but right at the last minute i bottled it despite my doctor really saying do it, best move you will ever make, but my reasons were i really was so depressed, sweating profoundly, no sleep.
