Is there any side effects if a patient uses this combination tablet regularly for more than 6 months? And if there are, what are the side effects? ## All medications carry the risk of causing side effects. Chymoral AP has Trypsin Chymotrypsin which should be taken before meals and Aceclofenac and Paracetamol which should be taken after meals. . So please tell me if this drug should be taken before or after meals? ## Actually, unless your doctor says otherwise, they should all be taken after meals, to help avoid the stomach irritation and nausea that they can cause as side effects, according to the NIH. Other typical side effects may include dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?

chymotrypsin (6:1) ## Chymoral Plus contains the active ingredient Trypsin, this is a protease commonly found in the digestive system. Chymoral Plus contains Diclofenac, Trypsin and Chymotrypsin, it is used as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Many people do better taking it after eating, because the Diclofenac can cause stomach irritation and the production of excess stomach acid. As to the dosage and the frequency it is taken in a day, that depends on the condition being treated, which is why you should consult your doctor, it can vary from one daily up to 3 or 4 times a day.

As a supplement, however, the side effect profiles have not been studied for it, as is done for prescription drugs, so I am unable to provide you with any information on them.
