10 Topics FoundBesides the DX, the box I have says “lidocaina” which I am assuming is Lidocaine, a pain relief drug. My wife wants to use this for hip pain from hip displacia but I just want to make sure that there will be no harmful side effect. Seeing that this also had a corticosteroid in it, Dexamethasone, I am inclined to NOT administer it to her because that is a class of drugs that can have serious side effects if used incorrectly or by the wrong person. ## All medications carry the risk of causing side effects, so yes, there may be dangers, and it should only be administered with a doctors approval. Hi I have a 13 year old brother and wanted to know if its safe to give him tribedoce injection and how much can he use? ## Hello, Carl! How are you? The FDA classifies Tribedoce as a nutritional supplement, it contains vitamins B1, B6 and B12. Its typical side effects are usually limited to administration site reactions, such as soreness, redness and itching. However, you shouldn't administer it to your brother, unless a doctor says it's necessary. While these are nutrients that are very important to the human body, too much of B12 can be just as dangerous as being deficient in it, so if he doesn't need it, it could make him ill. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank you so much! I will talk to his doctor about it...:)

How safe is it to use Tribedoce injection after the expiration date? This injection is Complejo B and Diclofenaco solution. Need to know if recommended to use after expiration date ## No, it is not recommended. Liquids, in any form, tend to go bad faster than solid formulations, and they can actually go fully rancid, which may actually make you ill, and could cause an infection if used past the expiration. If you still require this medication, it would be best to see your doctor, and obtain a fresh supply. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Diclofenac injections as possibly including administration site irritation, redness, soreness, bruising, and increased risk of bleeding. I take the B12 shots intermusclular injection in my legs. The last batch of this I got seems to be thicker than the other I took. Can this be diluted with water? Thanks for any help. ## Hello, Debbie! How are you? Have you asked your doctor or pharmacist? I wouldn't suggest thinning it out, without consulting them to be sure that it is safe to do so. Its seeming to be thicker could just be a matter of your perception. ## Thanks so much for your reply. I was taking Cyanocobalamin Vitamin B12 shots which is thinner. That was the difference. Taking the Tribedoce was thicker and was pain full when I took the shot and right after the shot for about 30 mins. I am going back to the other. Thank you so much for your reply. Hope you have a good week. Thanks, Debbie
I want to know what the difference is in Tribedoce C/L and Tribedoce Dx injections , in the amounts of all the vitamin B,s I take this for weight loss in combination with Phentermine pills and Lipotropic injections , ## Hello, Lynnette! How are you? If you're trying to lose weight, the Tribedoce DX is one to stay away from, because the DX actually stands for Dexamethasone, which is a steroid class medication that can cause weight gain. It's other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include headache, acne, insomnia and irritability. It is usually used to treat nerve pain.
