I was looking at 50mg Tramadol or Ultram and want to verify that the ones I saw pictured are the real thing. So I found this pill, It's not seroquel as it doesn't match any of the pictures. It's small round and white, marked 50 on one side, it's blank on the other. The face and back aren't flat like the seroquel pills, they're rounded. I believe it may be Tramadol, though some posts online have said hydrocodone. I really would like to know as my brother is supposed to be clean of opiates and I hope he hasn't relapsed. I hope he isn't abusing anything, but opiates especially!
