What is the difference in the drug called Apo/Tramadol/Acet 325/37.5 mg to the drug Tramadol 300 mg. I have run out of my Trmadol and have the Apo/Tramodol on hand but am not sure of the dosage if it is the same? ## Call your druggist...they can help you. ## The Tramadol that you were taking was 300mgs of just Tramadol by itself in an extended release formulation. I filled a prescription of Tramadol from Mexico & the brand is Adiolol 100 mg capsules. There are no markings on the capsules & they're white. Anyone know if these are legitimate? Just concerned about the reliability. ## Unfortunately, there is no way to be sure, that is the hazard of filling a prescription in a foreign country. Their medications are not as strictly regulated as those under the auspices of the FDA. If you received it from a legitimate pharmacy, with a good reputation there, then most likely they are real, but there's no way to be certain, unless you would have them tested by a lab. My tramadol is blank on one side and "AN627" on the other. Does it contain aspirin? ## No, this tablet contains just 50mgs of Tramadol, an analgesic, the active ingredient in Ultram. Tramadol is also not available coupled with Aspirin, it is only available coupled with Acetaminophen, as a generic or under the brand name Ultracet. How can I maximize the effectiveness of this medication? It does not always work as prescribed but my doctor does not want to change my medication at this time. ## I find that taking a 50mg Tab with a 500 mg Tylenol on an empty stomach works best. Drink lots of water! Eat about two hours after. Works well with a 4mg Tizanidine (muscle relaxer too). Sometimes I split the tab to 25mg w/2 Tylenol as a trade off. There is even a formulation on the market in most countries that couples the Tramadol with the Paracetamol, for better pain control. In the U.S. it is sold under the brand name Ultracet. Ordered 100mg Tramadol tab from HAR pharmaceuticals in India. It works for pain. I just can't find from company web site if available in anything other than capsule form. The FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window. The problem that you can run into, of course, is that generics do not have to measure against each other, just against the name brand. Two bottom teeth extracted towards the back ## Hi Tee, From what I could gather, there aren't any drug interactions listed between Ibuprofen and Tramadol. So as far as mixing the two is concerned, both medications are generally regarded as safe to use together. But if you're ever looking for an alternative to ibuprofen, there's also a similar brand I know of called Ultracet that contains both Tramadol and Acetaminophen. Sometimes you can only take so much of a certain medication, where as having a backup option might come in handy if you can get your doctor to prescribe it. I hope this helps! Ok so i have been on 100-400 mg of tramadol per day for over a year .. i recently been taking more and running out early. when i run out i start feeling withdrawls within 24 hrs of last dose. the achy ness chills sweats foggy absolutly no energy cant even.get out of bed. i went three days like this amd it only seem to get wprse then i found some more trams and havnt stopped again yet. scared to death of that withdrawls again. i want to be able to go without it but im wondering how long will the withdrawls last. seems like forever!
