What is the difference in the drug called Apo/Tramadol/Acet 325/37.5 mg to the drug Tramadol 300 mg. I have run out of my Trmadol and have the Apo/Tramodol on hand but am not sure of the dosage if it is the same? ## Call your druggist...they can help you. ## The Tramadol that you were taking was 300mgs of just Tramadol by itself in an extended release formulation. Learn more Tramadol details here. The tablet that you've asked about from Apotex contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and only 37.5mgs of the Tramadol, it's often prescribed under the brand name Ultracet. Learn more Ultracet details here. And on that note, it's a much lower dosage of the Tramadol than you are used to taking, so it may not help you as well. Is there anything else I can help with?

I filled a prescription of Tramadol from Mexico & the brand is Adiolol 100 mg capsules. There are no markings on the capsules & they're white. Anyone know if these are legitimate? Just concerned about the reliability. ## Unfortunately, there is no way to be sure, that is the hazard of filling a prescription in a foreign country. Their medications are not as strictly regulated as those under the auspices of the FDA. If you received it from a legitimate pharmacy, with a good reputation there, then most likely they are real, but there's no way to be certain, unless you would have them tested by a lab. A quick search doesn't even turn up anything under this name, but the databases that I use are geared towards U.S. approved medications. The FDA warns that Tramadol carrie...

I have a bottle of capsules that says "Adiolol Tramadol" on the bottle. And, the manufacturer is SBL Pharmaceuticals. Are they actually tramadol? ## Hello downtown, What I would need to know in order to verify your pills is the imprint/marking on the capsules themselves. Anyone could theoretically just put a bunch of pills inside of a container so without knowing the capsule description I can't do much for you. If you give me the info on those then I'll be more than happy to get you some additional information. ## I have Adiolol 100 mg capsules that are white with no markings. Are they counterfeit? If so, how do you tell? ## I got the same with no markings just all white ## I have a bottle of tramadol from Mexico. It’s adiolol brand. 100mg capsules. I’m tryin...

My tramadol is blank on one side and "AN627" on the other. Does it contain aspirin? ## No, this tablet contains just 50mgs of Tramadol, an analgesic, the active ingredient in Ultram. Tramadol is also not available coupled with Aspirin, it is only available coupled with Acetaminophen, as a generic or under the brand name Ultracet. It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. Are there any questions or comments?

HI, I take the Mylan generic of diazepam, and it seems to be significantly less effective than another generic that I was on but I can't remember the name. I'd like to have your thoughts as to whose generic diazepam comes closest to brand Valium. Thanks! ## Hi zuess, I've located an oblong yellow pill with the imprint 537 on one side and nothing on the other side. This pill contains (37.5 mg) of Tramadol + (325 mg) of Acetaminophen. Manufacturer: Caraco Pharmaceutical Laboratories National Code (NDC): 57664-0537 Is this the pill you are inquiring about in your title? In regards to finding a generic brand of Diazepam which works similar to brand name Valium, you are not the only one who has had issues with Mylan. My research leads me to believe that Watson, Qualitest, and Tev...

How can I maximize the effectiveness of this medication? It does not always work as prescribed but my doctor does not want to change my medication at this time. ## I find that taking a 50mg Tab with a 500 mg Tylenol on an empty stomach works best. Drink lots of water! Eat about two hours after. Works well with a 4mg Tizanidine (muscle relaxer too). Sometimes I split the tab to 25mg w/2 Tylenol as a trade off. prescribed 200mg tramadol modified release, twice daily. Is it safe to take paracetamol as well for breakthrough pain ? ## You should ask your doctor, or pharmacist to be certain, but unless they instruct you otherwise, there shouldn't be a problem. There is even a formulation on the market in most countries that couples the Tramadol with the Paracetamol, for better pain control. In the U.S. it is sold under the brand name Ultracet. It a white oval pill no imprint 100mgs 100 pills in the bottle. ## Hi I just got a bottle of tramadol 100 mg Mexican brand capsules I want to know what's the difference between the pill and the capsule of the same mediction and dose I've always got the pills but this time I got capsules is one IR, and one ER? It doesn't say ## @Lety, Without a lab analysis there's really no honest way to identify something that doesn't carry an imprint. For that reason alone I can't provide you with a picture of a white oval pill and even remotely suggest that it could be tramadol. Secondly, if your tramadol pill and prescription bottle are not properly labeled, then that tells me they are counterfeit (and could literally contain anything from A to Z). Ordered 100mg Tramadol tab from HAR pharmaceuticals in India. It works for pain. I just can't find from company web site if available in anything other than capsule form. Just wanted to make sure it's not counterfeit. The packaging is 10 tabs per package and states 100mg. Any reason to be concerned. ## Hi Bos, I believe you may have meant to say "HAB" Pharmaceuticals, as HAR Pharmaceuticals doesn't appear to exist at all. "HAB" Pharmaceuticals IS based in India and from what I can tell they appear to be a legitimate drug manufacturer there. However, upon looking at their product page, the only photo they have of Tramadol depicts it as being a small white round 100mg tablet (NOT capsule); and it goes by the brand name "Top-Dol". Tramadol, sold under the brand name Ultram among others,[1] is an opioid pain medication used to treat moderate to moderately severe pain.[3] When taken by mouth in an immediate-release formulation, the onset of pain relief usually begins within an hour.[3] It is also available by injection.[10] It may be sold in combination with paracetamol (acetaminophen) or as longer-acting formulations.[3][10] ...

I recently ordered my pain med, Tramadol, from what seemed like a licensed pharmacy. I have filled it from Europe & can always verify it's a legitimate brand as it comes from a licensed pharmacy & is marked by the pharmaceutical company. I decided to fill my rx from Canada as the order & delivery is much simpler. Well, I received my prescription today. White tablets, zero markings! Any way of verifying whether they are legitimate?

Hello, i just received tramadol 50mg. from HAB pharmaceuticals. There are no markings on the pills. Round, white pills. Blister pack says Tramadol 50mg. is it really Tramadol? The pack also says "Ol Tram". ## Hi anned, From what I could gather, OL-TRAM is reported to be a foreign brand name of Tramadol. However, I think its legitimacy depends on where you ordered it from, since as you may know, many of those sketchy websites can often be unreliable. HAB pharmaceuticals has had some complaints in the past, but as I look at their webpage, they do strike me as being a real pharmaceutical manufacturer that produces real meds out of India. So my assumption is that it's probably real Tramadol, but in reality there's no way of being certain if there are no markings to verify th...

Have one pill of Tramadol with L194 on one side, no scoring either side. Does anyone know what strength it is? ## Are you sure it's even Tramadol you have there? I realize you didn't mention any specific details about the pill's color or shape, but based on my research a round white pill with L194 on one side and blank on the other, is identified as Famotidine (20mg) used for treating ulcers, GERD, heartburn, and acid indigestion (NDC 0904-5780). It's a generic or store brand of Pepcid, which is an antacid used treat or prevent heartburn, GERD, gastritis and ulcers. All our pharmacies here have switched to amneal, which doesn't do a thing except give a headache. The brand does make a difference. The mylan works great. ## Yes, there can be differences in generic medications. Once a medication is available to be made a generic, it is allowed to differ, in the active ingredient, from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20%. The FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window. The problem that you can run into, of course, is that generics do not have to measure against each other, just against the name brand. This means that while one generic may be high quality and contain 100mgs of a given medication, another generic may only contain 80mgs and another could contain 120mgs. Not everyone is sensitive to such changes and most people don...

Has anyone taken Tramadol ZENDOL - SR? I am curious what the affects are suppose to be and the difference between Tramadol HCL 50 mg? Is one more effective than the other? I have taken traditional Tramadol HCL 50 mg once every four hours and it doesn't help much. I was reading up on the Tramadol ZENDOL - SR 100mg and was wondering if I should ask my Dr. for something that may be more effective? ## No, it is the same medication, Zendol is just a foreign brand name for it and the SR shows that it is time released. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. So yes, you may not get much more relief from it. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi,i also tak...

What is the color for 37.5-325? ## My Mother (Yes, it's Mother's Day) was taking Tramadol APAP, 37.5 mg, for many months with apparently good results. However, a refill came back with a different colored and shaped tablet and has caused her nausea. The original one was an oval, orange tablet with 083 embossed on one side and the letters KALI on the other. Does anyone know where to find this particular brand of Tramadol? Thank you, for my Mom. ## That is because you were given a different version of this drug in generic form with a different manufacturer. I would call the pharmacy that dispensed you the orange colored tablets and ask them which manufacturer made it, and if they can order it for her for the refills, since the other is giving her unnecessary side effects. Two bottom teeth extracted towards the back ## Hi Tee, From what I could gather, there aren't any drug interactions listed between Ibuprofen and Tramadol. So as far as mixing the two is concerned, both medications are generally regarded as safe to use together. But if you're ever looking for an alternative to ibuprofen, there's also a similar brand I know of called Ultracet that contains both Tramadol and Acetaminophen. Sometimes you can only take so much of a certain medication, where as having a backup option might come in handy if you can get your doctor to prescribe it. I hope this helps! Was there anything else specifically that you had a question about?
