3 Topics Foundts quite apparent to me from letter i just recieved from a friend incarcerated in Lackawanna county prison that gaurds and or prison administrators are delivering and distributing a new synthetic drug loosely known as toboxin or tyboxin or something to that effect my friend whom will remain anynonymous until it is safe to reveal his name is under great pressure to use the drug buy the drug and otherwise involve himself in it and has til this time to my knowledge not used it the pressure is great hes lost a tooth and has recieved a broken toe...the money he recieves from outside sources and put in his conversary to buy dry goods and stamps is made known to other inmates whom then extort him for said money. this i believe is the circle of commerece that allows the addicted inmates to affo...
