My bp was 140/90. so my doctor started me on a daily dose of telma 40. My age is 35 years. I am also doing heavy workouts in the gym daily. Can i take protein supplements, testosterone boosters, or can it interact with this? ## Iam taking telma 40&nebicard 5mg daily twice& diamacron 500, My high bp 50/70 & sugar patient. pl suggest how long i can used these drug. ## I m taking 40 mg telma in the night.. in the morning I take nebicard .5 mg. and cetanil 10 mg.but I have dizziness. . Can I take 70 mg telma ? ## My father is 65 year old. He had a stroke on jan 2nd 2017. He takes telma-ct 40mg once daily. Can he take this tab when his blood pressure is low (90/60)?

I have been suffering from High pulserate and High BP.I am 26yrs old. But after investigating DOC did not find any cardiac related diseases. Doc has suggested Tel ma AMH-80 , Arkamin & EM-beta-100 mg . After using these tabs i am having sleep pattern disturbances such as sleep jerks ,legs shaking during night & continuous dreams.I am not sure which of the above tablets are causing me these side effects . Please let me know which tablet to stop immediately and replace with another one. Thank you. ## When changed to Telma 80 on doctor's advice from Telma 80H , I have noticed heaviness in my legs & some swelling on the ankle joints & also lesser flow of urine .

I am 60 years old. I have replaced amlodipine 5 mg with Telma 40 three months ago. Since then for the first time in my life my blood sugar has gradually increased up to 115 on fasting. It was always below 100. Can you advise me whether it is the side effect of Telma 40 or not? ## It is very doubtful, 115 is not usually a concerning number that causes a diagnosis of diabetes. The NIH lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Have you shown any other symptoms of diabetes? What has your doctor advised? Usually blood sugars from 80 to 120 are considered normal.

I m prescribed to take one tab daily of 3 medicine : telma 40, nebistar 2.5mg & clavix as 150. By mistake I took second dose just after 8.00 hrs in the late evening at 10pm, of all these three medicines. Is there any serious risk ? if yes, then what is the remedy ?

I am 58 years of age. Just 10 days back I started Thelma H 40 mg for BP 160/90 as advised by my doctor. After using it for 8 days I got dizziness, frequent urination and a light strain on my right side. So I consulted my doctor and am now taking Telsartan 40. My BP is now 120/80. How long should I use 40 mgs for? Can I reduce to 20 mgs? Please advise. I have been detected hypertensive seven years ago. Initially I took telmakind and later repace h 50 Mg with Amlokind. But after two three years when i went to see a Doc, he did ECG and suggested that I should continue to take Repace H and Ecospirin AV. I have been taking it since. Dear Dr, I am 65 years, been taking Covance D and Covance 25 mg since last 6 years. My BP was in control 125/76 but from last 1 month my BP goes to 135/85 (early morning and late evening). I had Angioplasty on December 10th, 2016. My Dr. advised me to take Telma AM + Telmisartan 40mg + Amlodipine 5 mg. What is impact of these medications on the heart and blood pressure? I am taking following medicines: For BP : Telma Am 40mg & Prolomet XL 50 MG - one each in the morning Telma AM 40 Mg & Prolomet XL 25 MG - one each in the night For Diabetes : Invokana 100 MG - one in the Morning with Tea & Glycomet 1GM - after Breakfast and Dinner. Sugar and BP i s reasonably under control. But I have swelling in the ankles and tightness , pain , sometimes numbness. Was prescribed S. Numlo 0.25 and Telma 40 when B.P was 150/100 in 2010 by DR. A. Stopped medication after 6 months as B.P. around 130/85. In June 2013 was again diagnosed with High B.P 160/100 to 150 /90 and prescibed tab Seloken XL 25 mg by Dr. B. Should i change to Seloken or should i continue with earlier tablets. ## Hi, Jack! I am having High Bp 140/90 and some times 140/100, for the last 10 years. first 8 years I was put on Atenol 25mg. Two years back my cardiologist changed my medicine to Telma-H(40mg). This year when I went through regular check up my BP was 140/100 and sugar levels were 125 FBS and 170 PBS. The LDL was 140mg. Recently got my lipid profile done,The readings are Sr.Ch= 233 / 50-200 mgs/dl.Tri-Glycerides = 205 / 50-170 mgs/dl, LDL = 145 /100-150 mgs/dl , HDL = 45 / 35-65 mgs/dl, (T) Lipids = 688 /400-1000 jmgs/dl , LDL/HDL Ratio = 3.4:1 / 3.0:1 ,Chol/HDL Ratio = 5.5: 1 / 5.0:1. I can't remember if I took my Hydrochlorothiazide this morning. IS there any side effects in taking melmet sr 500 with TELMA40 MG tablet[for pressur] and LIPICURE 10 MG tablet [ for cholostrol] .

Undergone angioplasty (2 stents) implanted in 7/2010. Taking seloken xl 50 mg, amlodipine 5 mg, telma h, eltroxin 37, deplate 75 mg, ecosprine stopped this month, (having gas problem continuously, consulted GE also), pan D, Silofast 8 mg. I suffered from cervical & lumber spodolisis for 20 years. Acute sitica right leg 1998. 3 times traction management of neck & lumber. L4 L5 10mm. L5 SL 8 mm as per MRI in 2009. Now acute back pain. Unable to walk more than 4 to 5 minutes at a stretch. Pregabalin 75, nexito plus. evion 400, shelcal ct have been prescribed. I want to stop both pregabalin & nexito. Any advice?
