I have been taking tadalafil 5mg for about 5 years. It has been very effective. In recent weeks I have started to get side effects. I have back pain and headaches now, especially if I take it a few days in a row. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it go away? Does it get worse? If I am getting one type of side effect does it mean that other types of side effects are more likely?

Will it work as well? ## Theoretically the generic SHOULD work as well as the brand if the amount of active ingredient is the same. The inactive ingredients (fillers) will vary by manufacturer.
