I was diagnosed with vitamin D difficiency (25-Dihydroxy Vitamin D was <8.1 mg/ml). My physician advised 4 Tayo 60K tables as first dose and 1 tablet per week for next 10 weeks. II am worried about the high firs dose. is it safe?
