i have chronic errosive gastritics . 3 years before my dr. prescribed me pantop hp tab.that time i finished the 14 tab course. i feel better for sm time but again prob. started. so i ask my friend to buy this medicine from india but she brought pantop hp kit for 7 days course. so it same as pantop hp tab.? then suggest me can i go for this course.is it safe to take.and how to take this dose?morning 3 tab (a,b,c)and night (a,b.c) 3 tab.?and before food or after food?pls advice me. ## Have you consulted your doctor? Is this tablet useful in sore cough/cough. ## This contains the active ingredients Pantoprazole and Domperidone, it's used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach and to improve intestinal motility, so not. I have been taking pantium pantoprazole 40mg. While on holidays I discovered actavis pantoorazol 40mg (much cheaper). I m presuming the two are the same , just different manufacturers. while going to bed for sleeping at night i could not sleep due to feeling of burning in my both eyes then i have to try to release gas from my stomach thru my mouth.this process takes about half an hour & while releasing gas from the mouth it comes with a shouted vioce which distrubes not only to my family members but nieghbor also. i take my lunch before 10 am dinner before sun set every day after that i do not take any food except milk & fruits up to 9 pm.i have taken all medicines of all tpye of pathy but i could n't get any relief since last 15 years.

I recieved a prescription for Pantoprazole Sodium DR 40mg. But my pill looks completely different from what I've had in the past and is different from the descriptions I can find on what it should look like. I have a white, oval tablet with "97" imprinted on one side. The imprints vary between red or black in the same bottle. What do I have in my hands? Any help is appreciated. ## How did you look for it, did you just do a search for what Pantroprazole should look like, or did you search for that imprint? The imprint is what enables a pill to be identified. i take pantop tab with metrogyle tab before one month it makes reaction/Allergy but on dated 21/09/2010 I take pantop tab with ciplox Tz it doing reaction/allergy again pl advised me what happens ## If you are having an allergic reaction to a medication, it is not going to stop, it will happen again, every time you take the medication. There is no cure for an allergy. Have you contacted your doctor for an alternative medication to try?

I was prescribed by a doctor to tale proton 40. However i did not understand first the instruction of the pharmacist, all i was able to understan was to tale it BEFORE FOOD. And so i did it last night before eating, but now that I read the leaflet, it shows that i should be drinking it 1 hour before breakfast, i already have breakfast, is it still ok to take it? Because it says here that if your forgot to take proton 40, do not tale it late but continue it with the next regular dose on your dosing schedule. Does that mean i should just take it tomorrow before eating? Pantoprazole tablets show color change after about a year from manufacture. Color changes from yellow to light green. Is this normal? ## Yes, some change to the color and efficacy level of the medication is normal, when they start to age, due to exposure to heat and light. The efficacy change is why most pills you receive from your pharmacy have an expiration date of only a year, once they are dispense to you. They tend to degrade over time. The degradation is slowed, if they are left in the original factory sealed bottle, but once it has been opened, then that changes. Are there any other questions?

I am having irregular periods due to which I am not able to conceive. doctor suggested me premarin tablet and panozen-DSR capsules.i want to know what is the use of these tablets in my case. plz help . ## The Premarin contains synthetic estrogens, but I have to say that it isn't likely to help regulate your cycle and enable you to get pregnant. Estrogen is usually what causes them to be irregular. If they are already irregular and you aren't ovulating, then you'd need some form of Progesterone to help. Are you certain your doctor said Premarin?
