I starteds suboxone today I took a half at 7am before work usually a quarter does me fine but I've been takin hight amount of opiates.. like I stopped at 1am yestersday took about 3 or 4 oxy 80mg. From 9a until 1am and woke up took a half a sub and usually I'm fine within 30min and I haven't been i am in total state of withdrawls I cannot stop sweating I have chills and just typical dt symptoms so I took a 3rd piece amd still feel bad? So far that 3/4 of a pill I belivev its the 8mg pills? Orange w a cross on them? I've been suffering with insomnia for many years, my doc. Prescribed many sleeping drugs but they don't work on me . I was visiting in the Usa and because of not sleeping I got very high blood pressure , the doctor gave me 2tablets of Ambien Iwas asleep within 10 min . My doctor prescribed sublinox 10 mg. Sublingual,after Taking the med I waited over 2 hours and no sleep ,after several hours I finally dozed off, but woke up aftre 2 hours frustreted because I didn't feel rested. My question is :Sublinox is supposed to be the equivalent of Ambien how come it does not work the same? Also is sublingual the only form or there are in pillform? If you use other opiates, however, it does contain Naloxone to help neutralize them and prevent you from abusing them while you are under treatment with Suboxone. How much does generic suboxone cost compared to real thing ## Prices are actually going to vary according to a number of different factors including: location, quantity, dosage, dosage form (i.e. sublingual, film, or vial), etc. However as a rough estimate, based on what I've seen online, suboxone can be up to a couple hundred more or less depending on whether or not you get the generic vs the brand name. Definitely a significant difference in price, but I believe many would argue that you do get what you pay for in the price difference. Everyone may react/respond differently though, so I would just be open to generic options if you've had luck with them in the past. I hope this helps!

I have been off the opiates for just over a year and lately due to stress I find myself wanting to deal with my issues by self medicating and used subutex to get clean. I am addicted to opiates for pain. I abuse the oxy that I get. Would Sub or Methatdone be better for me with regards to pain? My husband has a history with drugs and has been on Methadone. Can u take saphris 5mg with subutex 8 mg ## I didn't find any interactions listed between these two medications, but you should double check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain of the safety of taking them both. Can I have a tooth extracted if I'm using subutex? Will the local anaesthetic still work okay? Regards, Dave ## It should, since there is nothing in Subutex to neutralize it. The anesthetic used by dentists is not a narcotic and the Subutex doesn't contain Naloxone, anyway. However, I'd suggest making sure the dentist knows you're taking it, just to be on the safe side.
