It's manufactured by McNeil Consumer Healthcare and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan and 5mgs of Phenylephrine. It's used to treat sinus pressure, pain and coughing. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have mutable back problems. They want to do big time surgery on me. I want to stay on methadone 10 mg. till I'm ready to do surgery, not when they tell me to do it. It is unusual for a doctor to stop someone's pain medications, before major surgery to treat such a condition. What did they say was the reason they wanted you to stop taking it?

The pill is pinkish ## I believe the marking you're looking at is actually OR 606 and this tablet contains 75mgs of Ranitidine, the active ingredient in Zantac, which is used to treat, or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD and ulcers.
