It's manufactured by McNeil Consumer Healthcare and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 10mgs of Dextromethorphan and 5mgs of Phenylephrine. It's used to treat sinus pressure, pain and coughing. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness and dry mouth.
