I was given Sporidex-AF 750. I have got a throat infection and the doctor has prescribed me to take them twice a day. I am afraid to take 2 tablets of 750 mg in a day. I Want To Know Why it is given? Whether it is given to prevent infection or is it a painkiller? ## I did some searching and even though this isn't listed in the US drug datbases under this name, I did find out that it is Cephalexin 500mgs, which means it is an antibiotic. So it is used to prevent infection, not to treat pain. ## pls tell me why the below tab suggest for dr, what is the problem sporidex 750 ## for urine infection

My doctor recommended me 1 tablet of Sporidex-AF 750 daily. After 3 days I start having rashes and small red pimples. Is it the side-effect ? If yes should I stop taking Sporidex-AF 750 or it is okay to continue? ## Doctor prescribed 2 tabs of sporidex AF 750 due to ear infection and continued after 3 days found sweeling over eyes and cheecks

I was suffering from vulvitis n bartholitis.. My doctor had prescribed me sporidex af 750 n within 3 days the inflamation has gone down to minimum..may i know whether this drug is anti-bacterial or not?? N as my desease has been cured by this drug, should I believe the vulvitis and bartholitis r not SDI??

Seradic is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. There are alternatives available in most countries for both of these medications and your doctor or pharmacist should be able to recommend suitable replacements.

For cryst in breast, my doctor prescribed sporidex at 750 twice a day and sumoflam. I am breastfeeding my 1 month old baby. Three days after taking sporidex at 750, amount of Breast milk has very considerably reduced and my baby remains hungry and crying. Is it due to this medicine , should I stop this medicine , please suggest.

I am suffering from bad fungal infection since last two years, it is found on my penile head(red rashes) & on foreskin(cracked) & repeatedly coming back, I am taking sporidex AF 750 cap & fluconazole 200mg once in a week & pre probiotic cap of 100 million cfu twice daily, using ointment zimig alternating aloe vera gel(skin care) on the infected area. I have been given this tablet for mild frost bite on my fingers but they make me feel very heady I take hydra capsules each day for thrombosis do you think they could react with each other please.Christine
