mylan ## Are you saying there are no markings on the tablet? If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is, or even if it is made by Mylan. That company makes both prescription and over the counter items, however, all their prescription products have unique markings on the tablets to enable their identification. Thus, I am forced to conclude that it is probably an OTC item and there are many such products that meet this description.
