It is supposed to be a headache medicine from Mexico. Can anyone tell me what it is? What is this round white pill marked with GPI A325, and blank on the other side? Is it a form of Tylenol or Oxycodone and is it hard on the stomach? ## It's 325 mg Acetaminophen. It's supplied by Akyma Pharmaceuticals. It can be purchased over the counter (OTC). It's not necessarily hard on the stomach but, like all acetaminophen, can be hard on the liver if taken too much/often. ## Amneal Pharmaceuticals also list this tablet as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol, and is available over the counter. Found these pills and im curious as to what they are. ## We've had some pills with the AARP marking come up before, but have never found positive identifications for them. The reason for this is because they are all over the counter products. It seems that at some point, the AARP was selling some supplement products to its members are discount prices and, since they are over the counter products, the imprints do not have to be listed with the FDA. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you obtain this pill off the street by chance?

Found this and can't figure out what it is please help it has 670 on one side and on the other side a symbol that looks like a combination possibly of an L and a C it's round and white. ## I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description in the prescription drug databases that I checked. Trying to work out what a round white pill with raised cursive writing on it could be. There are two letters on one side of the pill. I can not see the back as it is only a photo in a phone. white round with 44on top and 160 on bottom ## Pills marked with a 44 are all Over the Counter drugs manufactured by LNK International. They only do OTC meds that are sold by various stores as their store brand or generics. This is one is called Aspir-Mox, it contains 325mgs of Aspirin, with aluminum. It is a generic for Bufferin or Ecotrin.
