Have pills in zip-lock bag, which I have no idea what they are. Small, round, white, with P on top of the scored line and 12 on the bottom. This pill has a capital letter A in bold with the letters TD beneath it in smaller capital print. It also seems to have an image of a humanoid in the inner arch of the capital A. small round white ## What’s a small round pill marked 485 on one side blank on other ## Hello, I wasn't able to find anything that exactly matches your description but I was able to find a Claritin 10mg pill that has a 458 imprint but from the description the NIH gives it should also have the word Claritin on it somewhere. Is it possible that the pill is worn and that the word Claritin is somewhere on the opposite side? Here is a picture of what the Claritin pill looks like, it's so light and the imprint is already hard to read as is that's why I'm asking. Is this the pill that you are referring to?

Big round white pill. One side has a G on the top and 45 on the bottom. The other side has 850. This is a pretty big pill. 1st - oblong oval white pill has IP 137 on one side and 800 on back. 2nd - small light yellow round pill with M 89 on it. 3rd - small white round pill with AN 627 on it. 4th - small white and yellow capsule with ETHEX on yellow part and 041 on white part. ## IP 137 This is Ibuprofen 800mgs, a generic for Motrin. M89 is Meloxicam 15mgs, a generic for Mobic. These are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories. AN627 is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram. Has this pill been recalled? - Qpap 325mg, white and round pill marked with 0027v. I received them on 09/11/2015. ## Hello, Denice! How are you? No, this tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they are not listed as having a recall. The ones that were recalled were manufactured by Medline Industries and had lot #45810 with an expiration date of May 2018. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. Is there anything else I can help with?
