I found a couple of these pills in my stepsons room they are small round grey pills with no markings on them does anyone know if they are over the counter what they are where I can find them to see what they are I am concerned for my stepson ## If there are no markings on them, then yes, they are most likely something that is available over the counter. All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have imprints on them to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Thus, unless he has access to some source for foreign medications, they are most likely nothing to worry about. Does anyone recognize these tablets? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Did you try asking him about them?

what are small round grey speckled pills with no markings? ## What color are the speckles? With no markings, it's going to be a bit difficult to try to narrow down what they contain. We can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, however, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. Learn more OTC drug details here. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Approximately how big is it? Would you say the size of an Aspirin, larger or smaller? Any other details you can provide may help to narrow it down.

kl-142 ## This pill is light grey, about 3/4 inch long, it has a flat spot on the sides. I found it with what looks like caps that were put on it to make it look different but i am not sure. one of the caps is light blue with an 'L' on it and the other cap is red with a '5' on it. the caps do not touch eachother leaving the grey pill showing in the middle. ## That is actually just an over the counter Extra Strength Tylenol, the reason for the gap in the middle is to make it release faster. It contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen. ## please submit a photo of the pill

When I had the chicken pox as child my doctor prescribed a little gray pill for itching. Many pills were left over, and for years afterward, whenever my mom or dad or I had a cough, we would take the pill to stop the nagging itching in the back of our throats. This pill worked well, even after the expiration date, and nobody died. This pills was prescribed in the 1960s, the doctor is deceased, so we cannot go back into the medical records to find the name of the pill. Does anyone know of similar pill today? ## Topical skin itching, or was it solely for the scratchy/itchy throat? More specifics may help to narrow down the possibilities. Does anyone else know? ## I am interested in this tiny grey pill [ like a tiny M&M] I took it in the 60's for a bad rash and it stopped the itchi...

found in school playground - capsule shaped hard tablet - no significant markings but could be a number on the white end. ## Without any markings, it's going to be difficult to identify this tablet. However, from what I've found, it may be a Concerta time released tablet, from which someone has scraped off the normal overcoating to try and defeat the time released mechanism. They contain the active ingredient Methylphenidate, which is a stimulant used to treat ADHD and, when the coating is removed, it matched this description. Does anyone else have any ideas? ## That is what it is. I have accidentally put my sons concerts through the wash and they come out white grey and with a small pink section at the end.

Hello, I have obtained a small round white pill with grey specks with either an '11' imprint or 'II' on one side, and an arrow that looks like the Cobalt Pharmaceuticals logo on the other side. Also, I have a large-ish (panadol sized) white with grey specks oval pill with just a division mark down the middle but no imprints. Any ideas what these are? Thanks
