Sleeping Tablet Name In India

2 lots of nitrazepam from India, one tablet quite normal size, chalky on one side 10 with 2 half moons stamped on. the other tabs (not expected )are smaller white uncoated with no markings - similar to asprin size. Both bubble packs are marked Nitrazepam 10mg with sell by dates etc one pack says Nitapil forte as well. Safe to take please? ## I have Nitrazepam tablets but although the bubble pack says nitrazepam 10m I have never seen these particular ones before; 1 set are round plain tablets with no markinsg similar in size to aprin; the others are chalky 10 on one side & 2 half moons stamped above, usual size of Nitrazepam.Anyone recognise or are they illicit. I've got some apparent blue Zopiclone 7.5 mg tabs with no markings whatsoever and supposedly made by HAB Pharmaceuticals Ltd in India. Also says Zopisign on blister pack. I know that there are ones called Zopishine but mine defo say Zopisign. They do have the nasty metallic taste though but I'm guessing that could be easily replicated by forgeries. Anyone had the same tabs? I heard that recently Anxit 0.5 mg ( manufacturer - Micro Labs Ltd ) has been banned. Is this true? My father (85 years old) suffering from partial Alzheimer's disease and paralysis and Anxiety disorders was prescribed Anxit. But now this news in the Newspapers has got me worried. Please clarify if this a safe drug or has been banned in India ## Is usage of Valium 5 mg for sleep risky? Mt father (85 year old) had problems sleeping and a friendly doctor suggested we give him Valium 5 mg for sleeplessness.
