In clinical trials Ambien has not adequately demonstrated effectiveness in maintaining sleep (unless delivered in a controlled-release form); however, it is effective in initiating sleep. Another brand name is Ativan, which is more geared towards relaxing and relieving anxiety. I started taking 1 alergex tablet every night for allergies,it is about 3 months now. I find that my allergies were gone and my sleeping pattens so much better. Can i continue doing this forever or is their a risk of developing a dependency??

Hello. I took 2 Excedrin Extra Strength tablets yesterday for pain in my neck, shoulder & arm from maybe sleeping wrong... I noticed I started feeling real nauseated & dizzy. I will be soon starting on treatment with low dose naltrexone at 4.5 mg for my fibro and chronic pain and to build up my immune system which my chemo is destroying. Please can you tell me if Aspavor 40mg will have a negative impact on my sleep pattern. Started me at 50 mg for 4 weeks, slept very little. I was prescribed Ativan 1 mg helped me sleep about 6 to 7 hours. My Doc took me off after prescribing me 5 pills 3 times, total of 15. My Zoloft was raised from 50 mg to 100mg, now I'm having more trouble than ever sleeping. I went to my pcp and was prescribed zolpidem tartrate 5 mg, tablets. I took a 5 mg tablet once a night for 2 nights and couldn't sleep. I called pharmacist and was told to take 2 5 mg tablets, total of 10 mg per night. I am on day 8 of suboxone withdrawal. Last night I finally got some sleep after several Nyquil and a lyrical. I took 8 days off of work to go thru this but thought I'd feel much better than I do at this point. I HAVE TO go back to work tomorrow and don't k ow how I'll make it thru. Hi, I have been on 20mg of Citalopram (Celexa) for a year and starting to come off them. I was taking 2 x 10 mg tablets a day. So I started by alternating 2x10mg one day followed by 1x10mg the next day and alternating for a few weeks. Well that was the plan, but I felt no side effects after 3 days so figured I could go down to 10mg a day. I was on 10mg a day for about 3 days and had no withdrawal symptoms, so again figured I had this tapering stuff sorted and then decided to go to 10mg every other day. A few months ago my doctor put me on Morphine Sullfate ER 30 mg 2X a day. I had been using oxycodone at night to sleep and as needed during the day. I am not finding the morphine to be effective, and I want to stop using it. I still have some oxycodone 5 mg tablets. Is there a way I can wean myself off the morphine--and eventually the oxy--using the 5mg oxy tablets? I am currently prescribed MS Contin for pain and while effective I sometimes feel like some of the pills are fake. I get no relief and feel withdrawal symptoms even. I took peginterferon shots once a week with 6 ribavirin tablets a day. I had skin reactions and scatched all the hair off my body in my sleep from my neck down. I may soon go back on the treatment since they have a second shot (don't know name) and they think I may have a chance.
