Hy.. I have missed my periods this month.. 9 days r abov from my date.doc took my pregnancy test but its negativ . then doc gave me d-gest tablet. I want to know why doc recomended me this tablet.. For wht purpose this tablet used ... l ## This medication contains a form of the hormone Progesterone which is vital to the health of women and their normal menstrual cycle. Family doc asked my infertile wife to buy gestin tablets from the drug store but we couldnt get some to buy after a lot of rounds.Why is scarce to get or the Doc didn,t give details of the tab? ## Usage of gestin tablet ## Gestin contains Progesterone, a female hormone that helps support pregnancy gestation. Loprin can be use if a woman is pregnant of 8 months of gestation and having bleeding disordeers.. ## It can be taken, if her doctor approves. However, it should not be taken, without medical approval. Daughter found it in her boyfriends pocket..... ## This pill with the Advanced Pharmaceutical logo and 043 is a 500mg Cal-Gest tablet, which contains 500mgs of Calcium Carbonate, it is a supplement, commonly used to treat or prevent conditions such as Osteoporosis. Big Yellow Round Flat Pill With Upside Down V with a p Inside And 043 Underneath It, IT is flat with no imrpint on the other side....know what it is? ## I haven't been able to find an image to be certain, but I know that is an over the counter logo and there is a pill that meets this description that is called Cal-gest, which contains 500mgs of Caclium Carbonate, but unfortunately, they don't show the logo.
