Now do you take the tablet before meals or after meals. I am a diabetic and allergic to salt. my doctor said they cannot operate, as he cannot fix my hernia. I have three to four bowel movements in the morning in a span of two hours some times there is undigested food particles like carrots. I am a pure vegetarian and have been eating only rice, boiled veggies, and lentils. Can pan 40 tablet help me in this regard. I was prescribed by a doctor to tale proton 40. However i did not understand first the instruction of the pharmacist, all i was able to understan was to tale it BEFORE FOOD. And so i did it last night before eating, but now that I read the leaflet, it shows that i should be drinking it 1 hour before breakfast, i already have breakfast, is it still ok to take it? Sometimes I have stomach pain, panic attack on upper stomach. At night feeling uneasy and very tired and sometimes sufferring to breath. doctor said high acidity and given Sompraz D 40 before food once a day. I feel little better but not OK. I have not been able to find a medicine that helps with what my doctor thinks is Gerd. The last medicine was protonix and within 21/2 weeks I am having side effects. Ankles are spasming as well as hands however I have spondilosis. I have never had spasms in these areas until protonix and I still have food that gets stuck and continuous hiccups. Hi, Sir/Madam Recently, I have had paralysis affect and I was unable to walk properly by one leg though able to walk.
