Hi, i m male of 31 years. My cartilage in the wrist has been damaged two days ago after an accident. My doctor has plastered me in my hand and prescribed sumoflam bd with antibiotic and antaacid. I am unable to bear neumoslide which is a key ingredient of sumoflam. Can i use simple paracetamol+serratiopeptidase combination. Now i dont have much pain in my hand after plaster.plz suggest some brand name available in india with paracet+serratio combination. ## hifenac d

what is the highest per day dose of serratiopeptidase ## a friend took 250,000 iu capsules X 9 per day for five days to cure a painful swollen knee ( he could barely walk): after 5 days he was completely back to normal. The above no longer can find in the market. As previously my chest infected with internal inflammatory and given this medicine by the physician and I recovered shortly. Hi, I recently developed an ear infection, My doctor in India prescribed me Kineto DP(Diclofenac(50 mg),Serratiopeptidase(10 mg),Paracetamol(325 mg)) for my ear pain, which helped a great deal, But now I am travelling in Morocco and they do not have this medicine here. Does anyone know any alternative here for this tablet? Thanks and regards ## The combination of Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase is available only in India. In other countries you have to use separate tablets.
