My doctor has plastered me in my hand and prescribed sumoflam bd with antibiotic and antaacid. I am unable to bear neumoslide which is a key ingredient of sumoflam. Can i use simple paracetamol+serratiopeptidase combination. In other countries you have to use separate tablets.
