Dosage and side effects.Would it be possible to increase a dosag from 25mg to 125mg per day? ## Hi Riaan, Based on my research, some of the side effects of Serez (Serratiopeptidase) include but are not limited to: Minor aches and pains, allergic reaction, anorexia, gastric discomfort/nausea, and pneumonitis (not a common side effect), As far as the dosage goes, I do not advise you to make any changes until you notify a medical professional. Serez 25mg was given to me for sleep at night. It has been a miracle drug for sleeping problems. Now I find that I seem to have symptoms of urinary tract infection but the diagnostics are clear. I am on 300 mg Epilim for Bipolar disorder and 25mg of Serez. I stopped taking Serez after sleeping for 12 hours straight and have been drowsy for 2 days.
