I'm trying to find a Dr. In sav.ga or close as possible..I don't want to be put on roxys since I've had problems with them BC I was a I.v drug user n that's something I never want to do again..I've been to the clinic but I have no license nits hard for me to get there daily..could someone suggest any drs. I have been in soma for a long time on and off. I have tried every muscle relaxer/spasmodic out there. All of a sudden my dr won't prescribe soma anymore?? I have a disease that has no cure and I know what works for me. I have given an honest try with all the other muscle meds, but I am at my wit end. It is ok to give me oxycodone and fentanyl patches but the soma is a no? I don't understand. I would need less break through pain meds if I still was in the soma. I was doing so much better. I have had a perscription for adderall in the past and it worked very well. I have been off it for a while and would like to get back on it. I feel that doctors would be apprehensive about this "story" and think that I am drug seeking. well, I guess I am because i found something that worked and now I am looking to get back on it and I am on a different side of the country. any advice to get a pescription besides just over act all the symptoms hoping the dr gives me what I know has worked in the past?

With the new regulations that were put in place this year, if you require strong medications to treat pain on a long-term basis, you'll most likely have to see a pain management specialist. Do you already have a PCP in your new area? If so, it would probably be easiest to have them refer you to someone. Hi my husband was recently referred to pain management an was written two prescription s for oxycodone 15s an oxycodone 30s an we have been every where trying to fill them an everyone is saying they won't fill for this doctor,but he has a legal practice an dea number,so why is he able to charge people for the visit an write these prescription s if we can't fill them? I'm from Savannah, GA and cannot find a pharmacy that has the 54 411 subutex. I had one pharmacy but the past few times I've been there they have been out. I can only do the big white ones, (but prefer the 54 411's), not the little ones. Does anyone know what pharmacies have them around here? I live in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia. Diagnosed suffering from Degenerative Disc Disease, with Cervical Radiculopathy (one bulging disc) and Lumbar Radiculopathy (two bulging discs). My current pain treatment doctor is getting out of the program and I am looking for a new doctor in Jackson tn area that prescribes methadone. I have Radiculopathy in my cervical, Thorassic, & lower lumbar from a car wreck in 2010. Have severe nerve pain.. been to 4 doctors. Not one will prescribe a pain med. I cannot take Lyrica, Gabapentin, Cymbalta or Amitriptyline. Dangerous side effects. Can anyone help me find a dr.-- I will go anywhere in Ga. or South Carolina that will help me. Pain clinics offer message, hydrotherapy and other things. I need the meds or a patch. ## I'm not sure what part of GA you are in but there are several great pain management doctors in Savannah. I have been using xanor sr 0.5mg and I feel as if its not helping so well im having severe anxiety and panic attacks although ive learnt to deal with them since ive been dealing with GAD for a couple of years now it still is a terrible feeling and i isolate myself.. ativan works for me but i am scared that it will lower my intelligence as ive been told it does and im in college.
