Just looking for a doctor that will perscribe pains meds preferably 15 or 30 mg oxycodones. I have had four knee surgeries, currently don't have an Acl and lost 30 percent of my meniscus and have osteoarthritis and am in pain quite a bit. If I look-up medications that can sound similar to this, there are quite a few possibilities: Sarafem, which contains Fluoxetine, an antidepressant. Serax, which contains Oxazepam, a Benzodiazepine. Seroquel, which contains Quetiapine an antipsychotic. Sirolimus, which contains rapmycin, an immunosuppressant. Suramin,for cancer treatment. As well as many others, listed under the letter C. Is there anyway you can double check the name or spelling? Has anyone played around with the amount of time they leave between taking linzess and eating? if i eat an hour after taking it rather than 30 minutes, will i experience more or less diarrhea? ## Hi Sarah, According to the manufacturer, it is recommended that Linzess be taken on an empty stomach, "at least" 30 minutes before your 1st meal of the day. Apparently taking Linzess on an empty stomach allows it to work more efficiently; whereas taking it closer to meal-time may result in it not being quite as effective. So the notion of taking it an hour before a meal shouldn't be a problem - at least in my opinion. Also, since diarrhea is listed as a general side effect of Linzess, I think the possibility of it occurring may be independent of whether or not you take it too close ...

I have been on this drug (10mg) for about five months. I found it less effective than citalopram in helping with my mood but I have a bit more energy. It worked enough for me to stay on it. At first I was not constipated at all but the last three months now I have had to take multiple stool softeners a day just to be able to go at all. First it was Cetirizine, then Doxepin, now Hydroxezine all in less than 3 weeks. Maybe my doctors are looking for a magic pill but does anyone have any advice or idea upon doxepin and Hydroxezine? Been over a month and my reactions are slowly getting better. Would Benadryl be bad? Doctors say it isn't but something is dragging my allergic reactions along after I stopped these medications.
