unfamiliar.. looks like an aspirin but has a capital letter "N" over top of the number 25. No additional markings on the flip side.. just a criss cross imprint. ## It sounds like one of the pain meds that I currently take. Its a form of oxicodone. You may want to check in a current PDR. If you don't have one try and go on line and see if you can find an online version. The PDR stands for Physicians Desk Reference. It has pictures and information about that drug. Very small white round pill, scored on one side and has the number 20 over the number 79. I think it may be a 5 mg oxycodone. ## Is the marking possibly ZC over 79? Can you please double check and post back? If so, it is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Lamotrigine, which is most commonly used to prevent seizures. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood swings.

This particular pill contains 20mg of Escitalopram, used for treating depression and anxiety disorders. This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it.
