This one is called XS Pain Reliever Tablets, 500mgs of Acetaminophen, so a generic or store brand for Extra Strength Tylenol.

I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. It's the only one I'm finding that fits this description and it has no markings on the opposite side, just the WR. I've been taking metformin 500 mg tabs for 2yrs and this is the 1st time I've received a pill with 397 on one side and blank on other and it smells really bad. Never had any metformin smell! I can not find this exact pill anywhere. Does anybody know exactly what it is? It has 44 148 on one side and 500 on the opposite side and is a white round pill.
