One of the closest matches is Acetaminophen (81 mg) which is classified as a round yellow pill with an L imprint. That would be 60 mg MsCotin ( morphine sulfate extended release) made by activis pharmaceutical ## Thanks for the heads up on the pill identification. One thing I wanted to mention though is that Actavis doesn't actually refer to this as brand name "MsContin" on their product labeling, but instead simply list it as a generic form of Morphine sulfate extended release. The only reason I mention this is because some people have preferences on taking brands vs generics due to certain inactive ingredients or based on overall efficacy.
