Is it really an aspirin or is it oxycodone? ## Hi Keke, A round orange pill with 44 218 on one side and blank on the other, is reportedly identified as an 81mg Aspirin (chewable). From what I could tell, both Walgreens and Major Pharmaceuticals market their own version of this pill with the same physical description. I hope this helps! ## This is chewable aspirin - small dose. I recently purchased it and it is made my Major Pharma (a Harvard Drug Company). Sorry to disappoint you!

orange pill with 44 218 on the front and nothing on the other side...i googled 44 218 came up as aspirin? ## I also located this round-orange pill to be Aspirin (81 mg) in the drug database. It is manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals Inc. Based on the information I gathered, the bottle is most likely a misprint if it was obtained from a legitimate source. I would suggest taking it back if indeed it's not what you ordered, and letting them know the seriousness of this mistake. Pink round tablet scored 44 188 ## Well I cannot find an ID for this exact pill, these are over the counter products, and as such, they do not have the same requirements for imprints and IDs that precription products do. But all pills marked with a 44, followed by numbers are manufactured by LNK International and they only make OTC products that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics of things such as Tylenol, Advil, Benadryl and etc. So this is definitely not a prescription drug. ## Found some small, round orange/ pink pills with 44-218 on them. What are they?

44 on top 218 on bottom - same side - other side of pill is blank ## This is an 81mg low-dose Aspirin manufactured by LNK International. They make a lot of generic and store brands, but not prescription drugs.
