The round light orange pill I got for alprazolam 0.5mg only has a -R on one side and a straight line through the middle on the other. No other #s or letters. Is it alprazolam? ## The 0.5 mg round orange Alprazolam with the stylized (-R) and score line should have some numbers on it as well. The closest match I've found is a round yellow pill with the imprint R over 34, which contains Clonazepam (1 mg). It is manufactured by Actavis and has a National Drug Code of 00228-3004. Pills marked with a 44 are over the counter products manufactured by LNK international. They do not make any prescription products, they do various OTC items that are sold by many stores as their generics or store brands. This one in particular, maked 44 227 is nothing more than a regular Aspirin tablet, enteric coated for stomach comfort and it is 325mgs. Below is an image to confirm the ID!
