Found a blue / greenish round pill with EL 124. What is it? ## What is a blue pill with EL 124? ## As of writing this, we're probably talking about one of the following: 1. An over the counter medication 2. A drug manufactured outside the United States 3. A drug which has long been discontinued 4. A drug that has been rebranded and had the color or imprint change I say that because the FDA / NIH aren't publishing anything that relates to this specific color and imprint combination. Is this a form of valium? ## Hello, From what I could gather, a round blue pill marked with "ww 27" on one side and blank on the other, is identified as a 20mg Dicyclomine HCL tablet. This is not related to valium in any way. Unlike valium (which is used for anxiety), Dicyclomine is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome. I believe this is one of the strongest roxicodne available. The next are the r215's. This is from someone who has been on them for 12 years. We (in Al)are not having the trouble that Fl or Ky is experiencing, knock on wood. Good luck to all y'all ## It depends on the precise marking. There is a light blue with an M in a box on one side and a 30 over the score line on the other that contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone. And there is no Oxycodone with R 215, the marking on that one would be A 215 and is also contains 30mgs, so it is identical, not stronger. Are there any comments or questions?
