I found this site to further understand a product I purchased yesterday at a truck-stop. Its a six pack of caffeine tablets with the imprint MW 200 on one side and in fourths on the other. The name of the tab is Xtreme PEPTIME Mini-white. I hope that answers your questions. ## Thanks for sharing your finding. It can sometimes be really difficult to locate a lot of these over the counter supplements online, so having other people post it like this is very helpful! After a bit of research, I can also verify that the imprint "MW 200" on a white round pill, is an 'Xtreme Peptime Mini-White High Energy Pill' containing 200mgs of caffeine. I have found a white/cream coloured pill in my car door, need some answer from people as I dont know what it is. It has a capital 'M' with an underscore underneath it followed by the number '200'. It is round and smooth. Please help. ## This pill is difficult to ID, but I did find some information that may be of help. Another patient with this same pill has an "assumption" that it may be 200mg of Ibuprofen (Motrin), and they believe the PV could stand for 'Premier Value'. This user was based in the UK if that counts for anything, but since I can't locate a definitive match, this is all I have to go off of for now. Hopefully someone else who has this pill in their possession can help by posting a few more details on what it might be. Good luck on your ...

round white pill with C20 stamped on one side, and scored with an x on the other side ## I am sorry, I am not finding this listed anywhere. The only thing coming up under this imprint is Cialis, but it does not match this description. What country are you in? It is possible that it is something available over the counter or a foreign medication. Does anyone else know what this is? ## Thank you to the original poster for writing in and letting us know that this pill was found in Canada. That said, finding a positive ID is proving to be a challenge. The reason is because drug inscriptions from outside the United States do not appear to be cataloged and readily published as they are with the FDA here in the U.S. One possibility is that it could be a chewable pill containing Amoxicillin 200...
