They don't seem to be working at all. I am on 1mg three times a day. It was only 1.04 for 90, which I thought was great, but now I know why. I don't know what to do about this, but I need my meds to work soon. ## My Rite Aid is only using the cheapest brands available. NDC: 00378-4005-05 is Mylan and my cost is 76 cents for 60 1mg pills. Xanax is a controlled substance, since it can be habit forming and is frequently abused, so such prescriptions are tracked via computer. Just picked up my Xanax and noticed on the paperwork Rite Aid hands you that it has a customer score. I had to ask what it means and found out this score monitors your controlled medicine use, if you have obtained prescriptions early and who knows what else. It's times like this I'm glad that Rite Aid will be Walgreens someday! ## Eddy, I have to inform you that all pharmacies do this, most just don't make it public knowledge, doctors also do it. I GET EVERY MONTH 60 OF 0.5 MG PILLS TAKEN AS NEEDED MORNING AND NIGHT. Can I get my Xanax refilled ten days early? ## Generally no, but it depends on the Pharmacy. My insurance will allow refills when 75% of the medicine is used up, but the pharmacy can make you wait until the entire supply is used. I had a 3 month prescription and got it refilled at the 2 month point as I wanted a free $25 Rite Aid card. I got the pharmacist in trouble and was told never to attempt that again. I have taken Teva brand alprazolam, 1mg, 3x's a day for years. I moved to Citrus County FL, 4 months ago, and I can't find a pharmacy that carries this, and they refuse to special order it. I am very sensitive to different medications and the other brands I've received are sub-par. Any suggestions? Everyone who has a problem with Generic medications, which is what we are stuck with under the current "you must be covered by government cheap crap." You can get any store to get your preferred generic by writing to their corporate office and telling them you'll switch ALL your medications to another pharmacy. I found Rite Aid has no problem whatsoever at making me happy with their service of getting me my suited generic. Beware once a generic can be available you get the original (which is almost always best) only until the generic companies have their grip. Until the public takes a stand, all medications will be gunk scrapped off the bottom of the barrel. Go to the main company of the medication, and see if THEY in fact make their own generic. Hi. Surprisingly my body likes Mylan better than other brands. I have tried Greenstone and Sandoz and don't like any of them Last time I got Alprazolam was back in 2012 that CVS carried it. Went to Rite Aid today, thank goodness they are closing down and my new Soma prescription is on hold until tomorrow although my Xanax was ready to go today. I filled them both at the same time last month and 7 years ago the head Pharmacist yelled at me for filling a 3 month supply of Xanax after two months. But this two day rule they seem to have now is very bothersome. Also limited to 500 pills in 6 months per prescription is arbitrary & unfair!

My ranitidine 300mg tablet was made on November 5th, 2016. When is my ranitidine tablet going to expire? ## If they are in an opened contained, then they expire one year from what they were dispensed to you. I have been taking alprazolam 0.5 in the a.m. for several years made by Mylan. It has bern discontinued by the manufacturer. Costco is now carrying Greenstone.
