My three year old daughter was suffering from cough since the 20th of January along with high fever for nine days. The doctor said it was a viral fever and advised a paracetamol suspension + antibiotics (macberry-xt) as she had wheezing. I continued with two files of the same for long but when I stopped the medicine her coughing came back. Then doctor gave her medicine for allergies for fifteen days but now if I stop giving her any medicine she starts coughing again. It is March now. What is the remedy to all this? Now I administered Relent+ 5 ml one time in fifteen days. Is it harmful? How long can I continue giving my daughter Relent+ syrup?
Filed under ParacetamolDo we get relent syrup seperately for babies or its the same 60ml bottle? Is it safe to give relent+ syrup for 5 months old baby? ## Relent syrup contains cetirizine 2.5 mg + ambroxol 30 mg; per 5mL From what I could gather, the prescribing information for this drug notes the following: Children: 6 month's - 2 years old: 2.5 mg once daily (up to 2.5 mg bid in children =12 months). There are no dosing indications for children under 6 months of age, but since your child is only 1 month away from that, I would suggest talking to your doctor about this just to be on the safe side. I hope this helps! ## If your Paediatric doctor recommend it Relent+ syrup can be given to 6 month old child as dosages suggested by doctor. ## My son is suffering from running and watery nose and 11 months old...

Hi. I am a 61 year old male with a history of asthma and an MI 15 years ago. I had a kidney stone this week and went to the hospital. They gave me two successive ivs of toradol (pain continued after first) along with 4 liters of saline iv. The stone passed into my bladder and my pain relented. After discharge they gave me a prescription for toradol tabs and flowmax. I noticed the first day that my breathing was shallow and I was out of breath with the least exertion. Steroids and salmeterol didn't help my breathing much. I thought it was an aftereffect of the kidney stones until I read toradol side effects. Now 24 hours after I stopped taking Toradol I am still short of breath. How long can I expect this to continue? ## Hello, John! How are you? Are you still taking the Flowmax? Acc...
Hi everyone and thanks for taking your time to read my post. I'll try and make it as short as possible for everyone’s sake. I have a shoulder injury stemming from over a year now and have been on Tramadol ever since. As time progressed, so did the dosage which sequentially started causing me to have seizures. I have to stop taking these pills, not only for myself but for what I am putting my family through every time I have a seizure. I have a 12 year old that cries relentlessly, afraid I’m not going to wake up after one of the seizures. Last Friday I went cold turkey. Yes it’s been hard, but not near as difficult as seeing your Childs heart broken over something that I can prevent. I’ll deal with the pain from my shoulder somehow, that’s the least of m...
