The pill I found is 2 in a pack and they are pretty big pills. They are gel, red, oval looking and say 512 on one side... I found an oblong pill with the imprint 51 on it. It's kind of like the marroonish color of an advil..I have done a Google search and can't seem to find any info. I have cramps. Can I takes these for pain? ## The red gel over the counter products with the P 51 marking contain 100mgs of Docusate, which is a stool softener and will not help with pain, or cramping. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found a small orangish-redish oval shaped gel pill with the imprint NV 13 on one side ## Hello, April! How are you? The NV logo is used on over the counter products, for instance I am familiar with one that is a Laxative that has the marking NV12 and is the same type of pill. That leads me to suspect that this may also be Docusate, but I am not completely certain. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this?

Wondering if somebody is making illegal drugs and trying to pass them off as legit xanax. ## Illegal pills can be made in any shape and any color. This is the first report of these I've seen and of course don't take them! ## @dave, I second what Eddy said, as I have not seen or heard of any xanax (neither real or fake) coming in the form of a red gel cap.
