I've heard red and white capsules no imprint are 30 mg roxicodones? ## Honestly, it would largely depend on the country of origin of the pill. Reason being is that U.S. law requires all prescription drugs to have some sort of marking or imprint on the tablet to identify the substance and dosage. Without that, it could literally be anything from a dietary supplement, OTC med, illicit drug, or even something foreign. I found a pill in my car that I believe belongs to my daughter. It is an oval pill, bilayer, white with red specks on one side and pink with a raised dot pattern on the other. Can anyone identify this pill for me? ## @WorriedMom, Interestingly enough, the only thing I'm seeing that even remotely resembles this on the internet, is a "V 35 91" generic Vicodin tablet made by Qualitest (which is white with red specs). I take 20mg twice a day for reflux/gerd, in my 3rd month and scheduled to reduce to once a day and then as needed by september. Originally my first 2 scripts were filled w white and yellow brand pill, my most recent was Sandoz brand - my pharmacy switched to this brand. Like some of the other posters I don't feel it is nearly as effective, my reflux is returning, and more frequently. I had zero problems before now it's like I am 10-15 days into my treatment.
