We found this capsule in our home. It has Ty on the Red end and 500 on the Blue end. However, from the description, I have a suspicion that it may be something available over the counter, there are many generic Tylenol Rapid Release products on the market that match this description and contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but I can't be certain.
