I am wondering if this is a generic tylenol or something similar? I'm wondering if there are pictures of generic tylenol in various shapes and sizes? ## I cannot identify a pill. It has a large upside down V with a P in between the 45 degree angles. I have seen others describe a similar pill here, but unlike those, this one does not have an A, nothing is underlined, though the number 013 does appear on the back. Someone suggested it might be Vicoprofen, but I have never seen that drug in person. While it is possible for there to be an additive effect, some people have had incidences where they noticed a decreased efficacy with Hydrocodone when they administered a larger dose of either medication. I found out that the half life of this drug is just over 20 hours; meaning that it pretty much takes a full day for 'half of a single dose' to get eliminated from the body. Depending on the dosage & duration of time you've been taking this drug, it seems as if it would be in your system for up to weeks at a time. Small round pink pill that should be taken (1 tablet) under the tongue when necessary. can't be bought over the counter. i think the name starts with a D. ## That's not much to go on, since the shape and color means nothing, especially in over the counter products. As to being dissolved under the tongue, there are quite a few that can be done with, as well, including some supplement products, such as Vitamin B12 sublingual tabs. If it starts with a D and is an OTC product, it could be Diphenhydramine, the active ingredient in Bendaryl, which is used to treat allergies. Is this possibly it? If you remember what it was meant to treat, then that may help us narrow it down.

I've had steroid inj's. with good results till now. Usually with bed rest I'm better in a few day but with this disk the pain had been so intense and the numbness on my foot is getting worse. Usually Aleve helps but now even the Tylenol 4 doesn't help and spasms on my leg have gotten worse. I don't want more surgery, 6 is enough. I've been taking lisinopril 20 mg twice daily for several years, filling it through Walmart Mail-Order whose supplier is Lupin Pharmaceuticals. The pills have always been pink and the same size until my most recent refill, when the size is now half of what it was previously, about the same as the hydroclorothiazide (HCTZ) 25 mg pill I take as well.
